About Us.

At White Skate ...
We design and manufacture a superb quality product with excellent safety and vandal resistance. The product also has low noise emissions and above all great riding qualities for the user. WhiteSkate equipment provides a unique solution to skate park provision.

Polymer concrete is ...
The overall term for all types of concrete bound with artificial resin. Our skating equipment is produced with acrylic resin instead of cement. Bound polymer concrete does not absorb any water, and is thus totally weather-proof. The co-efficient of expansion is almost too small to measure, so expansion joints are unnecessary.

The advantages ...
Of skating equipment made of polymer concrete are many and varied. It is suitable for public, unsupervised, open-air sites. The main differences between this and conventional materials are:

Virtually indestructible material

Very high pressure and torsional rigidity

Quiet, safe, and long-lasting

Absolutely weather-proof ,resistant to ultra-violet light and frost

Best possible, smooth-running surface

Greatest possible protection against scrape injuries

Almost impossible to vandalise

No foundations or ground mountings needed

Permanently constant physical characteristics

Skate fever...
is catching. And we’ve caught it. That is why we can think of nothing else but tricks and jumps on wheels. In order to ensure that cool young people make a cool impression, we have set our sights high. Logically designed, safe equipment is the result of our individual planning work.

The whole construction ...
of our skating equipment is designed to ensure a long service life despite heavy wear. The sub-structure is made of galvanised steel in suitably large dimensions, and the feet are fitted with stainless steel levelling devices to compensate for unevenness in the ground surface. The running surface consists of steel-reinforced polymer concrete slabs produced in one piece in the case of nearly all the elements. The slabs are bolted on the rear side to the sub-structure. Sturdy V2A steel in the run-in area ensures that the transition is free of ridges and is well protected. The side cladding is made of multi-layer, waterproof, glued multiplex material, plastic-coated on both sides. The top edge consists of a protective aluminium strip.

Safety is a fundamental principle!
Our equipment is tested technically for safety and bears the GS test symbol. It will meet the requirements of PAS 35 provided the equipment is laid out correctly, so ask for our advice when you are planning to equip your Skatepark.

Would you care for a little 3-D?
Everything is changing, especially skate equipment. And this is a good thing, too, because skating is the sport for individualists. That is why we offer our 3-D planning service, which enables us to demonstrate all the possibilities open to you. It goes without saying that this system adheres to all the safety regulations. All we need is the data on the size of the field, and perhaps your initial ideas, and then we go to work. We promise!
